The minimum wage for employees is $13 an hour
Costco has raised its minimum wage to $13.50, and will pay certain employees up to $22.50 an hour. This leads to a level of employee retention that’s rare in retail. Turnover for employees who have worked at the stores for more than a year is 5& or less.
