Let’s not beat around the fucking bush here. If you’re on Twitter and ask anything along the lines of “What are some bad/crazy family stories?” you’re going to get nightmarish responses, and a few of these stories probably should have involved the cops at some point.
But we all have hellish family stories, and even in the worst of these, I see a slight resemblance to my own family. I mean, it’s a SLIGHT resemblance, my childhood wasn’t too bad (I might live multiple states away from my wonderful parents, but if I don’t write that disclaimer, The Chive is going to be down a Junior Editor real goddamn quick).
