Two years ago I walked down Duval Street in Key West and took a right onto Caroline Street. Across the street from Kenny Chesney’s old white-framed house is a brick building with a ‘TBD’ sign on it.
My friend Chris Schultz had just signed a lease on the building and was going to convert it to a bar. Chris owns a number of popular bars in the Keys including the Tiki House and Mary Ellen’s. There was one problem, the bar didn’t have a name yet.
