I don’t own a cast iron pan. I’ve never inherited one, I’ve never searched for one in a store. But boy have I heard some strong opinions on the little frying appliance that could. Let me be clear, I have nothing against cast iron pans. Honestly, they seem very useful and for a guy like me who enjoys steaks and burgers, I probably should join the club.
