'Days of Thunder'
The passing of actor Robert Duvall still doesn’t feel real. The Academy Award winner was in a class all his own. The guy could show up an hour into a movie and feel like he’d been there the entire time. He never felt out of place in a film. I’m sorry, but that’s not something you can teach.
From his dramatic work on The Godfather and Apocalypse Now to his lighter roles in Four Christmases and Kicking and Screaming…there was only one Robert Duvall.
In the wake of his death, many celebs have been paying their respects. One of those was former costar Randy Quaid. The 2 actors shared the silver screen together in the 1990 NASCAR drama Days of Thunder.
