40 years ago today, The NeverEnding Story was released. The project was directed by German filmmaker, Wolfgang Peterson. He also had a hand in writing the screenplay, and it’s clear he didn’t hold back.
I figured the only appropriate way to celebrate the film’s 40th anniversary was by making everyone relive the most traumatizing moment in the movie (and perhaps our entire childhood.)
Batten down the hatches. Here we go.
