Some roles were well executed by the actors who took them on, while a rare few parts were done so well that the thought of anybody else playing them seems sacrilegious.
I’ll start. I know Dennis Quaid also played Doc Holiday, but let’s face it, Val Kilmer is the only Doc that matters. Tombstone is a film loaded with great performances, but something about Val’s take on the legendary character took it to a whole different stratosphere. One of the all-time great characters.
