Kids are learning from the world around them, so it makes sense they pick stuff up from movies and take it for the absolute truth. When I was little ‘Dennis the Menace’ taught me that babies come out of your belly button. My childhood ended the day I found out the truth. From believing all bookshelves are secret passages to thinking quicksand is a common problem, here are some things people thought were true as kids because movies said so.
