Some massive casting news in regards to the upcoming Scary Movie installment. According to Deadline, franchise originals Cheri Oteri (Scary Movie) and Chris Elliott (Scary Movie 2, Scary Movie 4) are set to return. Oteri famously portrayed the role of reporter Gail Hailstorm, while Elliott played Hanson the caretaker in the sequel.
It has yet to be announced if they’ll be reprising their respective roles or not. In addition, fellow SNL star Heidi Gardner has joined the cast with Kim Wayans (In Living Color) and Damon Wayans Jr. (New Girl) rounding out the stellar ensemble.
