30 years ago today, James Cameron’s True Lies was released in theaters. The film grossed $378.9 million worldwide, landing right behind The Lion King and Forrest Gump for highest grossing films in 1994.
If you’ve never had the privilege of watching this movie, it’s loaded with a powerhouse cast including Arnold Schwarzeneggar, Bill Paxton, Eliza Dushku, Tom Arnold, and of course Jamie Lee Curtis.
Perhaps the most iconic scene to come out of the film is when Helen Tasker (Curtis) performs a strip-tease for her husband.
