I don’t mean to beat a dead horse here, but everyone should be forced to work in customer service/retail at least once in their life. It’s something that I would definitely wish on my worst enemy, because customers ARE your worst enemy.
I promise, it will humble you so very quickly. And I truly believe that society would run like a well-oiled machine if everyone was taken down a few notches. Anyway, I’ll get off my soapbox and share some horror stories from other retail workers.
