This may sound harsh, but if you’re hosting Thanksgiving and you don’t have somebody on deviled egg duty, you have a failed at the holiday. Deviled eggs aren’t just the GOAT of sides, they are the highlight of the meal.
Sure, I’ll have one – maybe two servings of turkey, potatoes, and stuffing. But those numbers pale in comparison to the 30+ deviled eggs I plan on ingesting throughout the day.
