When I first moved to Austin, Texas, I figured I wouldn’t meet many people from Michigan. Within two weeks of moving there, I was hanging out in a bar with some friends when it suddenly came out that someone we were with was not only from my hometown, but had gone to high school with me (she graduated a year earlier than I did).
Coincidences are everywhere, and you never know when they’ll come into your orbit, and these coincidences range from amusing to “how the fuck is that possible?”
