We’ve all screwed ourselves over at some point in our lives. Personally, my favorite means of self-sabotage are alcohol, procrastination, and poor diet. But Author Mark Leidner somehow managed to reject his own writing. How on earth does one manage to shut themselves down so epically? We’ll let him take it from here.
