While I don’t believe in ‘throwing the term ADHD around’ per se, I do genuinely believe that a lot more people have some form of ADHD than are diagnosed.
If you look at the classic symptoms of ADHD, you’ll realize this. Whether it’s because of all of the stimulation that constantly surrounds us these days, or something else, I’d be willing to bet that we ALL can relate to these memes in some capacity.
