We’re all aware of the pure and special hatred terrible customer support yields. It happens to us all at one point. For example, I’d sooner chew on tinfoil than call Apple back again asking for a refund on my accidental purchase of‘I Feel Pretty.’ NO ONE PURPOSELY BUYS AMY SCHUMER MOVIES, APPLE. I’M SURPRISED I HAD TO UNSUCCESSFULLY FIGHT YOU ON THAT FOR THE BETTER PART OF AN HOUR.
Sometimes customer service just sucks. This Uber customer gets it.
After receiving a whopping charge of $157 for a ride he didn’t even take, he reached out to Uber for both an explanation and a refund. What he was met with is blood-boiling. Check out the “support” below.
