An animal protection NGO called Operation 4 Paws is helping abandoned pups across Buenos Aires, Argentina. As heartbreaking as the “before” photos are, they serve to make the “after” photos that much more miraculous. It’s amazing how even the most seemingly irreparable evils can be cured with enough compassion.
