Game shows were a constant in my house growing up. My dad and grandparents would yell at the screen as if the contestants could hear them. That got me curious enough to look up the largest payouts in the history of game shows. The source only lists US winners. Maybe a UK show has made it rain more quid(£)? I dunno. Lightning round points if you find that out!
