For those of you that don’t know what a Tough Mudder is, it is a 10-mile obstacle course that teams must overcome. Some of the obstacles are easier, like climbing under barbed wire in a mud pit, while others will test your limits. One that has always stood out to me is the Arctic Enema. Think of a giant ice bath that you have to completely submerge yourself in multiple times.
Ask anyone who has done a Tough Mudder and they will all tell you the same thing: it is difficult. 81-year-old Mildred Wilson, of Sikeston, Missouri can attest to this as she just completed her SECOND Tough Mudder.
