The late 1990s and early 2000s were the coolest time in history.
Sure, I’m biased. I was a teenager and life was wild.
The internet was a new thing (you’d have to turn it on to use it), movies weren’t flooded with crummy CGI, music felt more precious because your favorite song would pop up on the radio, and you’d get excited. Brick and mortar stores were adventures in itself (shoutout: Blockbuster), and social media hadn’t yet taken over every inch of our attention spans.
