Sugar cereals were a vital part of childhood for those of us who grew up in the ‘80s and ‘90s.
Maybe your parents let you get them regularly, or more likely, as a special treat.
Nothing beat pouring yourself a big bowl of sugar-coated, marshmallow-laden, brightly-colored cereal, dumping on some milk, and then plopping down for a few hours of Saturday morning cartoons.
Well, just like Saturday morning cartoons, these cereals no longer exist. We all grew up and they just… disappeared.
But we’ll always remember these long-lost cereals.
Mostly for the sugar rushes, torn-up roofs of our mouths, and the briefly amusing free toy we found inside.
