I’ve learned a few things about hoagies in my 36 years on this planet. Not to mention I also worked at a sub shop in college. Jot this down.
If you can smell the sub shop before you enter, that’s a good sign. If it’s a cash only establishment – as inconvenient as it may be – the hoagie will be worth it. And finally, if it’s impossible to find their hours, drive/walk your ass there because you’re about to have the best damn meal of your life.
(Bonus points if their website uses clip art photos or is non-existent.)
