If you ever make it to downtown Austin, TX you’re gonna want to pencil in a stop at El Arroyo. Not only are they serving up some drool-worthy Tex/Mex dishes, but their claim to fame is the iconic sign that stands out front.
The internet-famous display is basically a meme factory at this point, rattling off catchphrases, pop culture quips, and puns. The sign is a staple of El Arroyo’s Instagram page and is updated regularly.
