I lived in Los Angeles for one summer. If you’ve never been to L.A. and have ever wondered, “Is it really THAT weird?” fuck yeah it is. I don’t want to call it a city of broken dreams, but it’s kind of a city of broken dreams, and that leads to the most insane conversations you can imagine.
Luckily (or unluckily) for us, an enterprising Instagram account called Overheard LA has collected some pieces of those conversations and while I haven’t been to L.A. in about four years, none of these ring false and I can easily picture not only hearing these, but I can picture exactly who’s saying them.
