I used to bus tables and bar-back at a country club, and whenever I walked by that bar I always felt like someone was always wrapping up the craziest goddamn story I’d ever heard.
But I’ve never actually been a bartender, and so it brings me great joy to present stories from bartenders about the weirdest shit they’ve heard on the job (and how a some of it is more painfully common than you’d like to think).
