It takes a special (and possibly insane) person to pack a lifetime of fun into one decade, but our fearless leader John Resig has done just that. He founded theCHIVE on the basis that people should never take life too seriously.

A hell of a lot has happened since those original Venice Beach days and John is usually the one telling the stories. Well, we thought it was about time we tell his story. If you haven’t already heard, the employees got together and put John’s face on a coin. Yeah, that’s right… It was a risk worth taking. Now that he’s been pushed into the spotlight, it’s time to unveil the crazy life and antics of the one and only John Resig. Let’s start at the beginning, shall we?
