So it turns out that all those drunken nights which ended with me passing out on my couch, covered in a pile of chips, were opportunities squandered. Frankly, beer and chips are two of my favorite things, so I never gave much thought to the concept of one-upping a seemingly perfect food/alcohol marriage. But according to the folks over at Vinepair, there exists a perfect blend of chips that work to enhance the flavor of a number of different beers. My heart is fluttering already!
